Beginner vs Experienced Adventure Seekers

First time doing adventure sports? Start with paragliding or river rafting. Both are safe with professional guides, thrilling, and require no prior experience. Tandem paragliding is especially beginner-friendly.

Already done adventure sports? Try mountaineering, advanced climbing, or multi-day treks. Solo paragliding (after training) and backcountry skiing are also options.

Safety is Our Priority

Manali's adventure industry is mostly safe, but not all operators are equal. We work only with instructors certified by FMSI (Flying Federation of Microlight Sports India for paragliding), IAF (Indian Air Force trained climbers), or equivalent. Equipment is maintained regularly, and activities are conducted in safe weather conditions only.

Bad weather? We reschedule, no extra charge. Feeling anxious? Instructors will help you overcome it safely. Never forced into an activity.

Common Questions

Q: I'm scared of heights. Can I do paragliding?

Many people are. Tandem paragliding is different — you're strapped to an instructor who controls the flight. Fear often disappears once in the air. Try it. If you're not comfortable, we offer partial refund.

Q: Can kids do adventure activities?

Yes. Paragliding from age 10+, rafting from age 6+, trekking any age (with parents). We match activities to age and fitness level.

Q: What if it rains or weather is bad?

Activities are rescheduled. Safety first, always. Bad weather days are not charged.
